At the age of 55, after a career in music and drama education spanning 30 years, Judith decided to form a girls choir which would have an emphasis not only on singing but also dance and presentation. Judith continues to play an important role on the Board as a critical thinker and challenging questioner.

Nicole is a visionary leader, excellent communicator and mentor by nature to the national team at ASPA. With a varied background in arts management and education alongside her passion for feminism, Nicole has built a career empowering others, particularly women and girls, through the performing arts.

Robyn Watts is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Chair of ASX, private and not for profit company boards. Robyn served as non-executive director and chair of the Advisory Board of ASPA from 2008 before being appointed to chair in 2019.

Jasmine is a driving force in the continual growth of ASPA and bringing the public image of the organisation to life through creative marketing. As a highly strategic thinker and business minded professional, Jasmine has played a vital role in the choir’s expansion across the country.

Libby is driven by a deep respect of the AGC’s founding principles and carries an infinite pool of organisational knowledge. Holding a Bachelor of Arts majoring in music, Libby is both a creative and process driven thinker, allowing her to seamlessly switch between big picture thinking and attention to detail.

Musical to the core, Vicki is an inspiration to Tutors and choristers across the country. Vicki’s extensive musical training and understanding of a wide range of musical styles has led to her masterful ability to bring choral music to life in a theatrical, accessible and entertaining way.

Kylie is a collaborative and driven leader whose curiosity for learning, business mindset, creativity and pragmatism has led her to an ongoing path of discovery for efficiencies and improvements at ASPA. Driven by a strong sense of social justice, Kylie is also the General Manager of ASPA’s charity partner, Girls from Oz and a co-founder.
