Libby is driven by a deep respect of the AGC’s founding principles and carries an infinite pool of organisational knowledge. Holding a Bachelor of Arts majoring in music, Libby is both a creative and process driven thinker, allowing her to seamlessly switch between big picture thinking and attention to detail – the ideal balance when working on the production of dozens of concerts in various venues across six cities or when designing effective administration processes. Libby’s varied portfolio sees her manage the smooth running of AGC rehearsal venues and events, and she insists on detailed planning to ensure success. She brings a large team together by fostering cooperation and innovation.
Libby has also been integral to the AGC’s touring success both domestically and globally, having directed more than 20 National and International Tours. She travels the world with her eyes, ears and mind wide open to new ideas while remaining focussed on purpose and achieving an end goal.
